The Korea Professional Golf Association signed a collective agreement with the labor union in 2 years and 6 months

 Reporter Park Dae-ro = The Korea Professional Golf Association (KPGA) concluded negotiations on a collective agreement with the labor union in two years and six months.

The Korea Professional Golf Association, the Korea Professional Golf Tour, and the Service General Labor Union signed a collective agreement on the 30th on the 10th floor of the KPGA Building in Seongnam City, Gyeonggi Province. 메이저놀이터

The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Byeong-joon, vice chairman of KPGA and CEO of KGT, and key officials of the general service labor union.

Collective agreements are self-governing laws mutually agreed upon by labor unions and employers in relation to labor-management relations, such as working conditions and the working environment.

KPGA and service general labor union agreed on a collective agreement consisting of a total of 68 clauses through negotiations for about 2 years and 6 months from August 2020. The main contents of the agreement include improvement of employee welfare and improvement of working conditions.

Kim Byung-joon, vice chairman of KPGA and CEO of KGT, said, “The collective agreement between KPGA and the general service labor union is of great significance.”
