KPGA labor and management sign collective agreement for the first time in 2 years and 6 months

The Korea Professional Golf Association (KPGA) and the Korea Professional Golf Tour (KGT) signed a labor-management collective agreement after 2 years and 6 months of pain.

On the 30th, KPGA, KGT, and the General Service Labor Union signed a collective agreement on the 10th floor of KPGA Building, Unjung-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Byeong-joon, vice chairman of KPGA and CEO of KGT, and key officials of the service general labor union. 메이저놀이터

After about two and a half years of negotiations from August 2020, the two sides agreed on a collective agreement with 68 clauses, including improving employee welfare and working conditions.

Kim Byeong-joon, vice chairman of KPGA, said, “I think the collective agreement between KPGA and the general service labor union is of great significance.”
