‘Home Run King’ Park Byung-ho returns to the 1st team… Doosan Kim Kang-ryul also registered for the first entry of the season

 KT Wiz’s 4th hitter Park Byung-ho, who was out of power due to an injury to his left hamstring, is back.

KT canceled먹튀검증 infielder Kim Byeong-hee and registered Park Byeong-ho in the first team entry ahead of the 2023 Shinhan Bank SOL KBO League home game against the Lotte Giants at Suwon KT Wiz Park on the 12th.

Since he was listed on the injured list on April 30, it is his return in about two weeks.

Park Byeong-ho was diagnosed with damage to his left hamstring muscle as a result of an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) examination on the 1st. At the time, the KT club said, “It takes about 3 weeks of treatment,” but after a re-examination, it was confirmed that the degree of injury was minor.

Park Byeong-ho, who accompanied the team and received treatment and training, is not yet in 100% physical condition. KT coach Lee Kang-cheol plans to use Park Byeong-ho as a substitute.

Park Byeong-ho, who became the king of home runs last year, his first season after transferring to KT, recorded 35 arches and played in 22 games this year, recording a batting average of 0.269, 2 home runs, 14 RBIs, and a slugging average of 0.359.

Doosan Bears bullpen pitcher Kim Kang-ryul was named to the first-team entry for the first time this season.

Kim Kang-ryul, who had a bad shoulder condition, took the mound in 3 Futures League games in May and completed preparations for returning to the first team by striking out 5 and scoring no runs in 2⅔ innings. Doosan expects that the back door will be strengthened with the addition of Kim Kang-ryul.

SSG Landers veteran fielder Kim Kang-min was excluded from the first-team entry due to microscopic damage to his left calf muscle. SSG coach Kim Won-hyung said of Kim Kang-min, “It’s not a big injury, but it will take about three weeks to return.” Instead, SSG replaced rookie pitcher Roun Lee in place of Kangmin Kim.

Kiwoom Heroes called up Park Joon-tae, excluding Lee Yong-gyu, who was diagnosed with a right wrist sprain.

The Hanwha Eagles, newly appointed by coach Choi Won-ho, sent pitcher Nam Ji-min to the 2nd team and infielder Park Jeong-hyun to the 1st team.
